If you are buying
Most orders take under five minutes to place. The publishing is what takes days, not the ordering.
- 1
Fund your wallet
Add funds once and spend from the balance. Pay by card via Stripe and the balance updates automatically — no waiting on approval. There is no minimum balance and nothing expires.
- 2
Filter the catalogue
Narrow by category, DA, DR, monthly traffic and budget. Save the sites you are weighing up to a shortlist while you compare, and open any listing to see link type, turnaround, language and audience country.
- 3
Place the order
Add each target URL with the anchor text you want. All of them go into the same post. Then choose whether you are uploading the article or paying the publisher to write it from your keywords.
- 4
Your money goes into escrow
The amount leaves your wallet the moment you order, but the publisher cannot access it. It sits with Contenzo until the work is done and you have approved it.
- 5
The publisher publishes
They write or format the article, place your links, and submit the live URL. Turnaround is shown on the listing before you buy, so you know what you are agreeing to.
- 6
You review and approve
Check the link is live, on the right page, with the right anchor. If something is wrong, file an improvement request with the specifics and the publisher fixes it. If it is right, approve and we release the payout.
If you are publishing
You keep control of what appears on your site, and you are paid for work you have already delivered.
- 1
List your website
Add the domain, its metrics, your category, your prices and at least one link to a post already live on the site — up to three if you have them. The bar is 1,000 monthly visitors and a DA or DR of at least 20. An admin reviews the listing, usually within a day.
- 2
Set what you offer
Only the guest post price is required. Content writing, link insertion and casino or gambling content are optional — price the ones you want and leave the rest empty. Anything you haven't priced is never offered to a buyer, and orders that read as gambling or adult content are spotted automatically and kept away from sites that don't accept them.
- 3
Orders arrive
Each order shows the target URLs, the anchor text, any buyer instructions, and whether you are expected to write the article or publish one they uploaded.
- 4
Publish and submit the link
Paste the live URL on the order. That hands it to the buyer for review. If they report a problem, you see exactly what they wrote and can resubmit a corrected link.
- 5
Approval, then clearing
Once the buyer approves, the money enters a clearing period. This protects both sides against a placement being pulled straight after payout.
- 6
Withdraw to PayPal
Cleared balance can be withdrawn to your PayPal address whenever it is above the minimum. Your dashboard shows what is in escrow, what is clearing and what is available, with dates.
What escrow actually protects
The word gets used loosely. Here is what it means on Contenzo specifically.
Before publication
Your money is out of your wallet but not in the publisher's hands. If they never publish, it comes back to you rather than needing to be chased.
During review
Nothing is released while you are checking the placement. A wrong anchor or a missing link is fixed before anyone is paid, not argued about after.
In a dispute
Funds are frozen for both sides while support reviews it. Neither party can unilaterally take the money, which is what makes a dispute worth opening.
Questions people ask before their first order
How long until my post is live?+
Each listing shows its own turnaround, usually between one day and a week. Publishers who miss their stated turnaround repeatedly are removed.
Can I put more than one link in a post?+
Yes. Add as many target URL and anchor pairs as you need at checkout and they all go into the same article, unless the publisher's listing says otherwise.
What if I do not have an article?+
Pick the option on the order page and give them your keywords, a suggested title and any instructions. It is priced by each publisher, and only offered on sites whose publisher has set a writing price — on the others you send your own article.
Can I cancel after ordering?+
Contact support before the publisher has done the work. Once an article is written and published, cancelling is not fair to them — that is what the review and improvement process is for.
How do I prove the link to a client?+
Export your orders to CSV. It includes the reference, the site, the target URL, the anchor and the live link for every order.
